i really only have three problems with the app. Thanks!!!Īs someone who has difficulty exercising, this app really helped me work my way up into regular workouts at a comfortable and healthy pace. All things considered, I love this app and would recommend it to anyone. It would also be useful to see a complete list of the exercises at the beginning of the smart workout. This would be done during the countdown before the exercise begins. Just prior to the next exercise it would be helpful to see a demonstration of the entire exercise rather than a still shot. There is one change I would like to see made to it. We don't have a gym or any equipment and rarely the internet and it's too miserable to exercise outside (we do a lot of outdoor humanitarian projects) so this app has been our primary method of staying in shape. We are living in the Philippines, in one of the hottest and most humid parts of the country, for a couple of years. My husband does the 7 minute workout every single day but gives it his all. Some days I do the seven minute workout, some days the smart workout and some days other forms of exercise. I've been using and appreciating this app for the past eleven months. Workouts are tracked and can be integrated with your iPhone Health App.
